It is our attempt to fill the lacuna in healthcare services in eastern India that, till recently, forced patients to travel to north or south India for treatment. We have striven to build in transparency in our actions and develop a strong doctor-patient communication.

This hospital is planned to be the first green hospital of the country. Medica Superspecialty Hospital has been planned to serve as the hub for our hospitals in Siliguri, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Assam, Bihar and Orissa.

Visitor’s Guidelines (CCU)

critical2Visiting Hours
8:30 am – 9:00 am & 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Infection prevention and control: patients in CCUs are at risk of infecting others and contracting infections, so everyone who comes in contact with them is expected to adhere to standard infection control practices like hand hygiene (the best method to prevent contamination) – the nurse at bedside will brief you about them. Please refrain from visiting patient if you have fever, runny nose or other contagious infections. Masks are available on request. When not at the patient’s bedside we request visitors to move to the waiting area to ensure the privacy of other patients.
