Medica ties up with MH Samorita Hospital in Dhaka
In view of increasing demand & high need for healthcare services in Bangladesh, MH Samorita, Dhaka, Bangladesh and MEDICA Hospital, Kolkata, India, have agreed to collaborate and bring tertiary care services to the people of Bangladesh. On 30th August 2015, Dr. Alok Roy, Chairman – Medica Group signed an MoU with the Dhaka hospital.
As a Strategic Management Partner, MEDICA will provide consultations and other clinical and surgical services to patients of Bangladesh and focus on continued medical education and training of Doctors there. MoU signed with People’s Group, Bangladesh
Medica signed an MoU at Dhaka with People’s Group, Bangladesh, which is involved in the business of Shipping, Power & Energy, Fashion Designing etc. and now wants to establish a Secondary Care Hospital of approximately 200 beds in phases at Tangail, Bangladesh.
Medica has agreed to collaborate with People’s Group in the area of Hospital Architectural Planning, Equipment, Manpower Planning & Operations and Management of the proposed Salema Samad Memorial Hospital at Tangail, Bangladesh. The Hospital shall be co-branded with Medica, and is our 2nd Joint Venture in Bangladesh to further penetrate the market. We add another feather to our cap!
MoU signed with Biratnagar Aspatal, Nepal
Biratnagar Aspatal, Nepal and Medica Hospital, Kolkata have signed a MoU to develop the emergency, trauma and ICU departments for BAPL, as a joint venture. MEDICA will initiate e-ICU for BAPL with necessary training and tele-rounds and support in case of trouble shooting.
MEDICA will also establish Regional Training Center (RTC) for Life Support Program at BAPL for training medical & para-medical professionals on BLS/ACLS (Basic Life Support & Advanced Cardiac Life Support). Apart from these both Medica and BAPL shall be involved in lot of other areas of patient caring, skill training and hospital management.
